About the programme

The Management (MAN) programme provides an intellectually challenging environment with a wide range of courses, combining theoretical studies with practical realities.

Upon completion of the program students will be able to deal with complex management problems and understand the conditions of management in specific fields of expertise. You will also be able to reflect on your own role as a leader as well as demonstrate an ability to assess social and ethical consequences of managerial decisions.

  • Learning to interpret complex organizational problems from different research-based perspectives.
  • Following your interests by choosing continuously updated elective courses and studying abroad.
  • Learning to reflect on your leadership and its ethical consequences.

There are both general and programme specific requirements.

Programme specific requirements MAN

  • A minimum of 30 credits of courses in subject areas related to Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management and/or Labour Relations.
  • A minimum of 15 credits in Statistics (or 7.5 credits in Statistics and 7.5 credits in quantitative methods and/or Mathematics).

Career opportunities

The graduates have provided us with examples of their first job titles; management consultant, geothermal analyst, phd candidate and controller. 70% had accepted a job before graduation and 100% were employed within four months.
