Contact with students

Do students at the School of Business, Economics and Law know about your company/organisation, and do they have the right understanding of your company and the opportunities you offer?

If not - make use of Career Service events to reach out to our students.

Company presentation:
As a Partner of the School of Business, Economics and Law you can participate in a company presentation where your have the opportunity to present your company/organisation to our students. You are welcome to the School's premises to introduce your organisation and the career opportunities that exist for our students. We will help you market the event to our students, and we will also give assistance with practical arrangement.

Career Service seminar:
Career Service arranges seminars for our students. Companies and organisations are invited to speak about different subjects that are relevant for students who are on their way into working life. Examples of subjects are:

  • What happens at an employment interview?
  • What work is done by a graduate in economics and business administration?
  • How do I write a winning application?

Guest lecture:
As a Partner company you can participate in the instruction as a guest lecturer. Career Service mediates the contact with the course leader. Off course, this contribution has to fit into the course and be a natural part of the instruction.

Do you have suggestions of your own? We help our partner companies as far as possible in reaching out to our students.

Employer branding

Are you ready for the next generation? About your attractive power as an employer

Not only is the market for job-seekers becoming ever tougher. So is the market for talents - the market where you are active as an employer. A war to win the young talents is going on, in Sweden as well as in Europe and the rest of the world.

If you want to pursue a successful talent-hunt and secure your competence supply, you need to have high attractive power. Here enters a popular new concept - the employer brand.

Every company has an employer brand, whether or not it wants one. Unless you work actively with your employer brand, you will have limited possibilities to influence it, and will be forced to live only with the consequences of your external situation. Many companies already work naturally with their employer brands, and we can see in different surveys  that the companies which are active toward university students receive high placement when students rank their favourites among Swedish employers.

Career Service can help you to develop your employer brand. Through diverse kinds of activities and exposure to School of Business, Economics and Law students, your employer brand can be built up. We have knowledge and well-refined processes that support your organisation´s work with its employer brand. So do not hesitate to contact us and discuss how we can help you. If you have a strong employer brand, you are powerfully equipped in the war for talents.

Career Service is a meeting place for both students and future employers. Job vacancies can be posted at our website and will be seen by our students and/or alumni on the Career Service web pages and notice board.

This service is available to all companies and it is free of charge.
